چکیده
Abstract Numerical approach for a non-linear mixed convective magnetohydrodynamic two-dimensional Carreau nanofluid through an exponentially permeable stretching surface with viscous dissipation and velocity slip under the influence of Arrhenius activation energy in chemical reaction is reported. The effects thermophoresis Brownian motion are considered. governing nonlinear equations this model transmuted into ODE’s similarity variables solved them shooting method based on R-K 4th order. Responses fluid velocity, transfer rates (heat mass) versus pertinent parameters problem suitable values obtained computational calculations friction coefficient, Nusselt number Sherwood both suction injections regions presented plots tables. It found that increasing function Weissenberg number. Momentum boundary layer thickness depressed by magnetic field impact. Increasing trend temperature noticed due to larger effects. Concentration decreasing but thermophoresis. Activation augments concentration curves lowered Schmidt Comparison results made already published we got good agreement.

Nowadays external magnetic fields are capable of setting the thermal and physical properties of magnetic-nanofluids and regulate the flow and heat transfer characteristics. The strength of the applied magnetic field affects the thermal conductivity of magnetic nanofluids and makes it aeolotropic.
